Team Structure:

  1. Group Manager: Responsible for overall group management, coordination, and strategic planning.
  2. Content Manager: Manages and curates educational content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  3. Social Media Manager: Handles social media accounts, engages with followers, and promotes JEHUB activities.
  4. Website Manager: Maintains and updates the JEHUB website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  5. Graphic Designer: Creates visual content for JEHUB, including graphics for social media, website, and promotional materials.


Conditions for Joining JEHUB Team:

  1. Passion for Education and Community Support: Candidates must have a genuine interest in helping Jharkhand Polytechnic students and contributing to their educational journey.

  2. Commitment to Team Goals: Members must be committed to the goals and vision of JEHUB, actively participating in group activities and initiatives.

  3. Relevant Skills: Depending on the role, candidates should possess relevant skills, such as content creation, graphic design, web development, or social media management.

  4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Members should be able to work well in a team, collaborating with other team members to achieve common objectives.

  5. Reliability and Responsibility: Candidates must be reliable and responsible, meeting deadlines and fulfilling their duties as assigned.

  6. Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for all roles to ensure effective collaboration and interaction with group members and the larger community.

  7. Availability: Members should be available for regular meetings and discussions, dedicating sufficient time to their role in JEHUB.

  9. Unpaid Work: Please note that all positions in the JEHUB team are unpaid. Members join on a voluntary basis, motivated by a passion for education and community service.
